Summary:
Senior technical authority defining architecture, engineering standards, and technology roadmap for enterprise Messaging Collaboration platforms. Acts as trusted advisors to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership - designing secure, scalable, and highly available Microsoft 365 collaboration services across hybrid and cloud environments.



Roles Responsibilities:

Define enterprise MC architecture, roadmaps reference designs

Lead Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams OneDrive platforms

Build PowerShell frameworks leverage Power Automate, Graph API Power BI

Own P1/P2 incidents, Major Incident bridges, RCA Problem Management

Define standards, runbooks, dashboards ITIL-aligned CSI initiatives

Trusted advisor support presales, workshops executive-level briefings

Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem/Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, OneDrive

Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO

Advanced PowerShell, Power Automate, Power BI, Graph API

QUALIFICATIONS
12-18+ years IT infrastructure experience
8+ years in Messaging Collaboration engineering
Bachelors in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
Enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 Exchange Environments
Complex hybrid deployments, global enterprise scale
