Collaboration with various teams to coordinate operational activities and support service continuity is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, along with adapting to evolving operational needs and priorities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational goals and service delivery standards.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Experience with secure file transfer protocols and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ability to manage and automate workflows related to file transfer processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems to maintain service availability.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
