Summary:
Ensures reliability, availability, and operational stability of enterprise endpoint management services across physical devices and Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Partners with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to reduce operational risk, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the end-user experience across cloud-first endpoint environments.

Roles Responsibilities:

High availability monitoring proactive health checks incident support

Operate Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365, Autopilot co-management

Monitor compliance/patching drift, tune alerts, build health dashboards

PowerShell, Graph API, proactive remediations - eliminate toil
ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation DR/BC support

Cross-team engagement incident comms, mentoring post-incident reviews

Professional Technical Skills:
Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, Co-management
Endpoint Analytics, Windows Update for Business, Patch Software Deployment
Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
8-12+ years in Endpoint Management / Digital Workplace ops
Hands-on with Intune, SCCM/MECM Windows endpoint management
Enterprise-scale physical Windows 365 Cloud PC environments
Strong PowerShell scripting automation skills
Bachelor''s in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
