Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system stability and performance.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on operational objectives.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Proficiency in Security Risk Assessment.

Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential security risks within production environments.

Experience in monitoring and managing operational systems to ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams to resolve complex operational challenges.

Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.

Excellent communication skills to document and report operational status and risks clearly.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Risk Assessment.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
