Operations Data Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Data Analyst to analyze operational data, prepare reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean, and validate operational data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Analyze operational performance and identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies.
• Create and maintain MIS reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from databases.
• Perform data reconciliation and quality checks.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel, Power Query, or Power BI.
• Generate insights to support operational and management decision-making.
• Work with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and other teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate reporting databases, dashboards, and documentation.
• Monitor team/process performance against defined targets and SLAs.
• Present analytical findings and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
