Operations Customer Care Associate

Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Digital marketing Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales through voice processes and possess a good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts. The role involves engaging with potential clients over calls, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through outbound sales calls.
• Explain digital marketing products and advertising solutions to clients.
• Generate leads, identify client requirements, and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer on-boarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of on-call sales experience.
• Voice sales experience is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Online Advertising.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
• Comfortable working in Day Shift.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Online Advertising Sales, or Inside Sales.
• Strong consultative selling and customer handling skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
