Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator with 3-4 years of experience in operations, procurement, supply chain coordination, and vendor management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, tracking payments, and supporting smooth day-to-day operational activities. Strong Excel skills and excellent coordination abilities are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to avoid stock shortages.
Maintain healthy vendor relationships for efficient supply management.
Coordinate with the Finance team for timely payment processing.
Follow up on approval status and resolve payment-related issues.
Ensure proper documentation of payment transactions.
Coordinate product sourcing and availability with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor purchase requirements, deliveries, and timelines.
Ensure uninterrupted supply for Modern Trade operations.
Track order status, stock replenishment, and deliveries.
Address supply-related issues and minimize delays.
Support inventory planning and demand fulfillment activities.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Prepare operational reports and MIS.
Support daily operations through effective coordination across departments.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Vendor Coordination.
Experience In Handling Modern Trade Operations Is Preferred.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, MIS Reporting).
MS Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience Required
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
