Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & SLA Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly SOP adherence across departments, maintain live monitoring registers, and flag SLA breaches.
• Meeting & Action Tracking: Facilitate governance meetings, publish MOM within 24 hours, and drive structured follow-ups with HODs to close action points.
• Escalation & Compliance: Route ground-level risks and non-compliance to the reporting manager within 24 hours with evidence.
• Document Control: Maintain 100% version-controlled governance files strictly within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Audit Support: Keep compliance records complete and audit-ready at all times for internal and external reviews.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• SOP/SLA Adherence: Maintain minimum 90% documented compliance across functional groups.
• MOM Circulation: Conduct 100% of weekly meetings and issue MOMs within 24 hours.
• Action Point Closure: Achieve 85%+ monthly closure rate on open review items.
• Escalation TAT: Identify and escalate 100% of non-conformities within 24 hours.
• Monthly Reporting: Submit compliance reports by the 7th of every month.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Core Competencies: Strong command over SOP frameworks, governance controls, and document management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Preferred: Background in corporate governance, operations coordination, internal audit, or ISO standards.
