The Operations Coordinator - Projects (CSR) will be responsible for the operational aspects of project implementation, ensuring smooth execution of ground-level activities across various CSR initiatives. This role focuses on logistics coordination, field operations management, and maintaining operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations Management

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities at project sites
• Manage coordination for mobile medical units project , and eye care project among other projects.

Project Implementation Support

• Support project teams in executing planned activities according to approved timelines
• Coordinate with local vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all operational activities.

Documentation & Process Management

• Maintain comprehensive operational records and project documentation
• Compile operational reports shared by ground team, monitor daily activity logs, and share progress updates on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis.
• Implement standardized operational procedures and quality control measures
• Support data collection activities for monitoring and evaluation purposes

Coordination & Communication

• Serve as primary operational liaison between central teams and field locations
• Coordinate with implementing partners and ground teams for seamless execution
• Facilitate communication between various stakeholders during project implementation
• Ensure timely resolution of operational challenges and bottlenecks

Quality Assurance

• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure operational standards are maintained
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Employee Engagement CSR Coordinator Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement CSR Engagement Programs:
   Design and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with the companys CSR goals, such as volunteering campaigns, donation drives, or community outreach programs.
2. Promote Participation and Awareness:
   Work with internal communication team to raise awareness about CSR activities and encourage cross-functional employee participation through internal mailers and whatsapp communication.
3. Coordinate Volunteer Opportunities:
   Identify and manage partnerships with NGOs and community organizations, and coordinate logistics for employee volunteering activities, including scheduling.
4. Measure Engagement Impact:
   Track employee participation rates, feedback, and impact metrics to evaluate the success of CSR programs, and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Act as a CSR Ambassador:
   Serve as the go-to person for CSR-related inquiries from employees, and foster a culture of social responsibility and inclusion within the organization.
6. Collaborate Across Departments:
   Work closely with HR, Admin and Communications teams to align employee engagement activities with company culture and to ensure the activities are executed smoothly.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors in Social Work, Masters in Social Work ,Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or field implementation roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in social sector operations or development project implementation
• Proficiency in project management tools and documentation systems
• Basic understanding of health, education, or community development operations
• Local language skills for effective ground-level coordination (Hindi, Marathi & English)
