Job Description
- Process certification files in line with Business Rules and procedures
- Issue Certificates of Conformity (CoC) within defined timelines
- Accurately enter and manage data relevant systems
- Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle client and affiliate queries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate daily operational activities and maintain records
- Support invoicing and follow-up on payments
- Maintain high levels of quality and productivity Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Science, Commerce, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, documentation, certification, customer
- Fluency in English language
