Operations & Compliance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Call astrologers to schedule interviews.
2. Conduct interviews and evaluate astrologers based on defined criteria.
3. Audit Astromall compliance cases and identify policy violations.
4. Connect with astrologers regarding compliance-related cases and communicate necessary actions.
5. Maintain proper records and track the status of assigned cases.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
