Operations & Business Growth Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, price estimates, invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, track stock movement, and coordinate reorders.
• Understand smart home products and solutions and provide live product demonstrations to customers visiting the Experience Center.
• Plan, prepare, and publish social media advertisements and promotional content.
• Generate new leads through outbound calls and introduce Haven Twin's products and services.
• Attend customer enquiry calls, understand requirements, suggest suitable products, and handle basic customer queries.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and Google reviews to strengthen the company's online reputation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidates preferred
• Must be currently residing in Kanyakumari District and able to commute daily to our office in Vettumani, Marthandam
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable handling customer calls, follow-ups, and Experience Center demonstrations
• Basic knowledge of quotations, invoicing, inventory, and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Interest in learning smart home automation products and understanding their technical features
• Comfortable with sales follow-ups and lead generation
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Tamil, English, and Malayalam communication skills required
• Hindi is an added advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can apply
