Experience: 2+ years experience as Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations and team performance

* Drive KPIs, SLAs, productivity & quality

* Handle escalations and stakeholder coordination

* Improve processes and operational efficiency

* Prepare MIS/reports and manage workforce planning

Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, analytical & problem-solving skills. BPO/ITES experience mandatory.
