Operations Associate

We're Hiring | Operations Associate – Channel Sales

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1–4 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rostered Weekends & Holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle leads and guide learners through the online degree admission process.

* Assist with education loans and documentation.

* Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams.

* Manage CRM updates, MIS reports, and follow-ups.

* Resolve learner and partner queries efficiently.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree mandatory.

* Experience in Operations, Inside Sales, Client Servicing, or Admissions Coordination.

* Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

* Good communication, coordination, and Excel/CRM skills.

* EdTech or education industry experience preferred.
