Job Summary
The role involves shipment scanning, documentation, vehicle coordination, dispatch operations, shipment tracking, and customer query handling.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle shipment barcode scanning and documentation (primary responsibility).
- Assist with vehicle planning and docket routing.
- Perform quality checks and ensure timely vehicle dispatch.
- Follow up on ASL and undelivered shipment reports.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and shipment-related queries.
- Prepare Cash on Delivery (COD) reports and track shipments.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
