Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming material from suppliers and transporters
• Verify quantities and inspect for visible damage or shortages
• Support unloading using manual handling/forklift/hydra
• Ensure proper tagging and storage readiness
• Assist in daily cycle counts and stock checks
• Pick items accurately based on system order list
• Handle panels and inverters carefully
• Ensure correct quantity and SKU before dispatch
• Use mobile/app/WMS for order and stock updates
• Support field and sales activities as required
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment .

Required Experience & Skills

• 1-4 years experience in warehouse/logistics/operations
• Must own a 2-wheeler for local movement
• Must reside within 10 KM radius of the assigned hub
• Comfortable handling physical inventory
• Basic familiarity with mobile apps or warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
