Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations, communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)

• Communicate with users and solve their queries on time.
• Handle issues and escalations quickly and effectively.
• Work with internal teams to fix operational problems.
• Support daily clinical and operational tasks.
• Improve processes to make work faster and smoother.
• Ensure a good experience for users.

Key Requirements

• 1 - 4 years of experience in operations or similar role
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
