Operations Associate

MIS & Reporting:

• Maintain and track operational MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis,

Circulate Installment trackers.

• Monitor transaction volumes, turnaround times (TAT), pending cases, and service

metrics

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for ETASS reporting

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders including Sales, Underwriting

(UW), and Operations teams. coordinate with sales teams to resolve booking and

servicing queries
