Operations Associate

Operations & Coordination

• Manage supply-demand alignment to ensure seamless service delivery
• Coordinate within the Operations team to maintain smooth workflows
• Track operational changes and communicate updates clearly to relevant teams
• Support internal teams during high-volume or peak operational hours

Customer Handling

• Act as the first point of contact for customer issues and escalations
• Provide prompt, clear, and empathetic responses to the internal team.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, and support teams for quick resolution
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience at all touchpoints.

Process & Ticket Management

• Handle and resolve operations tickets within defined timelines
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of issues and resolutions
• Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest process improvements

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Clinical and Operations teams to align on priorities
• Assist in implementing operational improvements and new processes
• Support the team during launches, pilots, and process transitions
