Operations Associate _Warehouse

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Track stock movement, damages, returns, and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch as per SLA requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, inventory reports, and MIS.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse productivity.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Support audits and documentation related to inventory and warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with e-commerce, retail, fashion, or consumer goods businesses.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
