Operations and Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns across all three units at Sholavaram.
• Lead a team of supervisors, operators, and contractual staff, ensuring optimal manpower utilization.
• Ensure 100% adherence to client SLAs, TAT, and operational KPIs.
• Monitor material movement, binning, and put-away in coordination with the inventory team.
• Implement and maintain 7S and housekeeping standards across the warehouse.
• Coordinate with transport, planning, and customer service teams for dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of GRN, delivery challans, gate passes, and other operational records.
• Support system-based operations using EDMS and ensure real-time transaction updates.
• Handle internal, external, and client audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and statutory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Train and develop team members on warehouse SOPs, safety, Kaizen, and quality standards.
