Operations and Vendor Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage fashion designers and brands
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with designer partners
  • Coordinate product information, pricing, inventory and availability
  • Manage orders, dispatch timelines, logistics and deliveries
  • Follow up with designers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Coordinate returns, exchanges and operational issues
  • Maintain vendor records and monitor performance
  • Work closely with the e-commerce and customer experience teams

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2-5 years experience with fashion designers, multi-designer stores or e-commerce platforms
  • Has experience in vendor onboarding and relationship management
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable following up relentlessly
  • Is a strong communicator and practical problem solver
  • Can independently manage multiple designers, orders and deadlines
  • Understands the pace and attention to detail required in fashion e-commerce
