Operations and Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
• Oversee sales activities, including lead generation, conversion, and retention to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement strategies for distribution management systems (DMS) implementation to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration between different departments through effective communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in DMS, SFA, Sales Automation.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business results through data-driven insights.
• Strong understanding of distribution networks, logistics planning, and inventory control processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
