Operations and Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibities:

Sales pipeline

- Own the sales pipeline for Divii and SurfingBear: every lead, stage, next step and due date kept up to date

- Respond to new inbound leads quickly, including Korean-language enquiries (with AI translation and drafting)

- Run early conversations to understand client needs, budget and timeline, then prepare a clear brief for our Korea team before client meetings

- Follow up after every client meeting: what was promised, what happens next, and who owns it

Proposals and quotations

- Write proposals and quotations from meeting notes, client requirements and developer effort estimates

- Work with our delivery team on scope and estimates so every quote is realistic

- Send quotations, follow up with clients until a decision, and keep every sales document organised and linked to the client

- Produce Korean and English sales documents every day using AI tools

Partner and supplier management

- Manage relationships with Indian AI companies whose products we bring to Korea: contacts, product information, pricing and contract status

- Prepare partner product materials for Korean clients

- Coordinate between partners, our Korea team and developers when a client is interested in a product

Reporting and coordination

- Send a weekly sales report: pipeline numbers, stuck deals and decisions needed

- Hand over signed deals smoothly to delivery, and follow up on billing and collection with our admin team
