Experience: 3-6 Years | Industry: Jewellery Retail

Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day kiosk/store operations and Head office operations, team coordination, customer service and operational efficiency.

3 days at Office and 3-days at store or with vendors

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store/kiosk operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, guide and monitor the store and head office team.
• Handle daily sales, billing, cash and basic accounting activities.
• Monitor stock, inventory, expenses and daily MIS.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and security procedures.
• Coordinate with HO, Accounts, Sales and other departments.
• Resolve day-to-day customer and operational issues.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 3-6 years of retail/store operations experience. Jewellery or premium retail experience preferred.
