Operations And Maintenance Manager

Role Location & Travel

This is primarily an Ahmedabad Head Officebased managerial position. The O&M Manager will manage and monitor multiple Ground-Mounted Solar PV plants through site O&M teams, SCADA/remote monitoring systems, MIS and regular coordination.

The candidate will be required to travel to project sites occasionally, depending on operational requirements, including:

* Periodic plant audits and inspections

* Major breakdowns or critical technical issues

* Plant takeover and O&M handover inspections

* Performance improvement assessments

* Client meetings and technical reviews

* Major preventive maintenance activities

* Testing of critical HT equipment

* Investigation of recurring plant faults

* Site team performance reviews

* Emergency situations requiring managerial/technical intervention

Routine day-to-day plant operation and maintenance shall be handled by the respective Site O&M Engineers/Technicians, while the O&M Manager will be responsible for centralized monitoring, technical supervision, performance management and overall control of the O&M portfolio from the Ahmedabad Head Office.
