Operations and Maintenance Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient plant operations by coordinating with Discom, SCADA, and PPE teams.
  
• Oversee maintenance planning, execution, and reporting to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  
• Monitor power plant operations using DC/AC systems and Solar PV modules.
  
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues related to solar power generation.
  
• Prepare regular reports on plant operations, including status updates and recommendations for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of coordination, discom, dc/ac system, maintenance operations, maintenance planning, o&m practices.
  
• Proficiency in preparing reports using various tools such as SCADA software.
  
• 3-7 years of experience in power industry or renewable energy sector (solar).
