About this role
We are looking for an experienced O&M Head to manage and oversee the overall Operations & Maintenance activities.
Position: O&M Head
Experience: 7+ Years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / relevant engineering discipline
Industry: Water Treatment / WTP / ETP / STP / Industrial Projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead overall Operations & Maintenance activities
* Manage plant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
* Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance
* Lead mechanical, electrical and operations teams
* Ensure plant efficiency, safety and equipment reliability
* Monitor manpower, shift schedules and maintenance activities
* Coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors
* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
* Monitor plant performance, maintenance costs and operational KPIs
* Prepare and review daily/monthly O&M reports
* Identify improvement opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions
