About Betterway
Betterway is an outcome-focused, full-stack chronic care platform rooted in the science of Ayurveda. We combine evidence-based Ayurveda with technology to make chronic healthcare more transparent, accessible, and outcome-driven for urban India.
We're building a modern platform for Ayurveda with a vision to treat 5 lakh patients annually, powered by technology, standardized care protocols, and a strong clinical and operations ecosystem.
About the Role
As an Operations Analyst Intern, you'll be at the heart of BetterWay's operational engine.
You'll work closely with multiple teams to ensure that data is accurate, processes run smoothly, and operational insights translate into better decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of critical trackers, streamline workflows, and identify operational gaps.
What You'll Do:
Reporting & Data
- Maintain and update key operational trackers across pharmacy, OPD, follow-ups, revenue, and patient outcomes.
- Ensure data received from clinics and care teams is accurate and up to date.
- Clean, consolidate, and standardize data from multiple sources.
- Reconcile information across teams and support their data requirements.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Track appointments, centre utilization, follow-ups, and operational readiness.
- Identify operational red flags and support timely resolution.
- Use data to improve day-to-day centre operations.
- Support organizational forecasting and operational planning.
What We're Looking For:
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in any discipline.
- Basic SQL proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Strong comfort with data, spreadsheets, and basic data validation.
- Prior exposure to operations, data handling, coordination, finance, or process-driven roles is a plus.
- First-principles problem solver with a strong interest in technology, digital products, and healthcare.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- Someone who enjoys building systems and processes from scratch.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
