Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily UPI transaction reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in UPI transactions, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for management review.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of reconciliation processes and procedures.
• Provide support in investigating and resolving customer queries related to UPI transactions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• 5 or more years of experience in reconciliation, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficient in Excel and reconciliation software tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
