Operational Support Senior Analyst- Third Party Analytics - HIH - Evernorth

Position Overview   This position is located in the Third Party Analytics team within Global Procurement, Third Party Management, and Shared Services (GPTPMS). This resource would be responsible for updating and maintaining existing reporting, as well as taking on projects to develop new reporting capabilities. This position will also look for opportunities to automate the many existing manual processes for data collection, uploading and report generation.   The Operational Support Senior Analyst will join a team that is building out self-service reporting capabilities for our Global Procurement & Third Party Management team. They will utilize reporting guides to update existing reporting, and where necessary, take on reporting development projects. The person is required to apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving problems faced by GPTPMS and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple areas, teams and business units. This role requires strong communications, data analysis and Tableau knowledge.   Responsibilities ·        Work to maintain and enhance a newly created suite of reporting products being utilized by Global Procurement & Third Party Management. ·        Perform routine quality checks on our reporting to build and maintain trust in the data from our users. ·        Collaborate with members of the department to build requirements for new reporting and gather feedback on potential enhancements of existing reporting ·        Responsible for various monthly reports including Spend reporting, Supplier Diversity, B2B, among others. ·        Work to build a level of automation to existing reporting to build higher efficiency for our team and increase the number of reporting solutions we can produce. ·        Support with ad hoc reporting requests.     Qualifications   Technical Skill Requirements: ·        Tableau ·        SQL ·        Microsoft Excel ·        Other BI Tools ·        Alteryx/Data Prep tools a plus ·        Microsoft Office Tools ·        Artificial Intelligence Personal Competencies: ·        Strong quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills ·        Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions ·        Attention to details ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·        Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills ·        Ability to determine potential trends by thinking forward ·        Ability to manage own time and set priorities of others Experience/Knowledge: ·        3-5 years of relevant job experience. ·        Statistical analysis experience using SQL, Tableau, etc. ·        Experience interpreting and defining business requirements for complex business problems ·        Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and take initiative with limited direction ·        Identify gaps and opportunities in departmental process mapping of current state and the future state workflow ·        Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
