Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Turnaround & Operations professional to identify operational challenges, stabilize distressed businesses and drive improvements in cash flow, EBITDA and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic audits to identify operational inefficiencies and stress drivers.
• Execute turnaround strategies focused on cash flow stabilization and EBITDA improvement.
• Oversee treasury operations and internal financial controls during crisis phases.
• Establish governance and monitoring systems to track turnaround milestones.

Key Requirements:

• MBA (Operations) or Engineering with specialization in Business Transformation.
• 12-15 years of experience in corporate turnarounds, operations or restructuring.
• Lean / Six Sigma expertise preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of reviving distressed businesses.
