    Role Overview

The Operational Excellence Manager will drive the Operational Excellence agenda across VVN global mobility operations in India. A key priority will be to identify, adapt, and scale proven improvement practices from across Vialto, ensuring successful approaches are consistently embedded within local operations. The role will build organizational capability through continuous improvement training, methodologies, and tools, while partnering with operational leaders to standardize processes, establish governance, and implement performance measurement frameworks that enable sustainable improvements and measurable business outcomes.

The role will support broader process improvement and automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery. Working closely with operational and functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will assess opportunities, develop business cases, define requirements, and coordinate the delivery of improvement initiatives. While experience with automation is advantageous, this is primarily a business-facing role focused on opportunity assessment, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization rather than hands-on automation development.

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Lead, this role is part of a broader enabling functions team that combines expertise in process improvement, automation, analytics, and other support capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead process improvement initiatives using structured Operational Excellence methodologies and project management disciplines.
    • Design and deliver training on Operational Excellence methodologies, tools, and best practices, and coach teams in their practical application.
    • Map end-to-end processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and drive process simplification and standardization.
    • Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
    • Identify and assess improvement and automation opportunities, develop business cases, define business requirements, and support benefit tracking and realization.
    • Identify, adapt, and promote proven improvement practices from across Vialto to drive consistency and accelerate outcomes.
    • Oversee governance of the improvement portfolio, including initiative prioritization, benefit validation, progress tracking, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders to support consistent service delivery and continuous improvement across regions.

    Required Qualifications

    • At least five years of experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, continuous improvement, or a related field.
    • Practical experience in process mapping, performance measurement, and operational standards development.
    • Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously, including programs delivered through cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
    • Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or capability-building programs for diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, business analysis, and data interpretation skills.
    • Experience driving change adoption and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or an equivalent recognized process improvement qualification.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting clients or stakeholders across EMEA and/or the Americas.
    • Experience in global mobility, professional services, or other knowledge-based operational environments.
    • Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities in partnership with technical teams.
    • Experience using Power BI or similar tools for operational performance reporting and productivity analysis.
    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

    Location and Working Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The successful candidate is expected to work from the Bengaluru office at least two days per week.
