Operational Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global operational excellence and transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, quality, safety, waste reduction, and conversion costs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvement strategies.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, RCA, and FMEA methodologies.
• Collaborate with plant leaders and cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, and SCM.
• Lead change management, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach teams and ensure sustainable performance improvements across locations.
