Role Overview

As an Operations Product Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by troubleshooting product and operational issues, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering timely resolutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, ownership, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for product and operational issues.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and internal support tickets.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor operational dashboards and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collect customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and incident reports.
• Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Design, build, and support AI-driven automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, or Operations (Freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome).
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic to intermediate SQL.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, databases, and system troubleshooting. Core Skills
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Leadership mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Work from Office
• Rotational Roster (Day & Night Shifts)
• Must be comfortable working weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
