    About this role

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role

    1. Operational Management:
    Oversee all operational activities within the FMS division, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility management services.
    Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.
    Monitor operational performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

    2. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
    Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to develop customized solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and maintain positive client relationships.

    3. Business Development
    Identify and secure new clients.
    Develop sales strategies.
    Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
    Implement business development plans.

    4. Financial Management:
    Develop and manage the annual budget for the FMS division, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business objectives.
    Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability and resource utilization.
    Responsible for P&L for the region
    Evaluate pricing strategies, contract terms, and vendor agreements to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while maintaining service quality.
