Job Summary: Were looking for an Operation Manager to manage day-to-day operations and oversee the overall efficiency of our organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless execution of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities: - 1.Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including:

2.Managing banner work from design, approval, printing to installation.

3.Coordinating with designers, vendors, photographers, and installation teams.

4.Handling office-related operational activities, documentation, inventory, and vendor coordination.

5.Managing basic IT-related work, including hardware, software, internet, printers, and IT assets.

6.Coordinating site maintenance activities, including cleanliness, repairs, electrical/plumbing issues, and other site requirements.

7.Regularly visiting/monitoring sites and ensuring maintenance work is completed on time.

8.Following up with concerned teams/vendors and providing timely updates to management.

9.Event Management working.

10.Security Management.

11.Personal service to director.

12.DKKH Site operation service.

13.Some uncertain working are not decided..

Preferred Qualifications: - Graduation degree in a relevant field.
