About this role
Job Summary
Lead complete branch operations across all client sites covering Technical Services, Housekeeping, Pantry and Soft Services.
Responsibilities- Ensure achievement of SLA/KPI standards and conduct regular operational reviews and site audits.
- Manage key client relationships, client meetings, complaints and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify new business opportunities and handle RFPs, RFQs, tenders and commercial negotiations.
- Drive branch revenue growth, client retention, contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
- Take ownership of branch P&L, revenue, operational costs, margins and profitability.
- Manage manpower planning, staffing, attendance, shifts, replacements and attrition control.
- Oversee technical services including Electrical, DG, HVAC, Plumbing, STP/WTP, Firefighting and Elevators.
