Operation & Maintenance (O&M) In-charge, C&I Solar Rooftop Projects

1. System Monitoring, energy generation, system performance Online dashboard (Data-logger) and onsite O&M contractor and Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. .

2. Preventive Maintenance of solar system equipment, Conduct regular inspections with O&M Contractor and Schedule and perform preventive maintenance activities.

3. Troubleshooting & Corrective Maintenance, diagnose faults in solar PV systems with the help of O&M Contractor and coordinate repair or replacement of defective components.

4. Safety Compliance, electrical safety standards and site safety procedures and Ensure proper use of safety PPE.

5. Documentation & Reporting like Maintain maintenance logs and service records, Prepare technical reports and incident reports and Update asset management and maintenance databases.

6. Client & Vendor Coordination, Communicate with customers regarding system performance and Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and warranty claims.

7. Monthly Joint Meter Reading (JMR), Revenue Invoicing

8. Performance Optimization, Analyze generation losses and ensure the system meets expected performance ratios.
