Operation Executive

Role & responsibilities

* Inbound & Outbound Operations: Oversee the receiving, unloading, sorting, packing, and dispatching of goods and raw materials.

* Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct physical audits, and update records using a Warehouse Executive Job Description Guide or computerized WMS/ERP software.

* Staff Supervision: Assist in scheduling, training, and guiding warehouse staff to hit daily productivity targets.

* Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace health, safety protocols, and 5S cleanliness practices on the warehouse floor.

* Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and transport carriers to resolve delivery delays and schedule shipments.

Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

* Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or store management.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and warehouse management software (WMS).

* Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and clear communication.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who has worked in warehouse operations with pharma.
