Operation - Executive

Job Summary

Become part of our team as an Operation Executive, managing customer orders and coordinating shipments across APAC. Oversee order lifecycle, monitor shipments, and support stakeholder communications. Ideal for candidates with operational experience in logistics or supply chain, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in order management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
• Review order status and identify processing exceptions.
• Coordinate with warehouses and customer service teams to resolve order issues.
• Ensure orders meet customer requested delivery dates.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, holds and releases.
• Monitor shipment progress from order creation through delivery.
• Proactively follow up delayed shipments with logistics providers.
• Coordinate ETA updates and communicate shipment exceptions.
• Coordinate shipment investigations and escalation.
• Maintain shipment tracking reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Create manual invoices.
• Verify invoice data accuracy and supporting documentation.
• Ensure invoice creation complies with applicable operational procedures.
• Liaise with Customer's Supply Chain Teams, Customer's Control Center Teams, Country Interfaces, Carriers, Warehouse Operations, Planning Teams.
• Coordinate operational activities across multiple APAC countries.
• Support issue resolution through email, phone, collaboration tools, and escalation channels.
• Support business inquiries.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Support process standardization.
• Update SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Participate in process migration and Knowledge Transfer activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline preferred. Candidates with relevant operational experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations may also be considered.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Logistics Operations, 2-5 years in Supply Chain Operations, 2-5 years in Control Tower Operations, 2-5 years in Order Management, 2-5 years in Customer Service Operations.
• Preferred Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Control Tower Operations, Order Management, and Customer Service Operations with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
