Operation Executive ( Soft Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day Soft Services operations, including housekeeping, pest control, horticulture, pantry, and waste management.
• Ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards across the facility.
• Coordinate with vendors for service delivery, quality checks, and resolution of service-related issues.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and performance of soft services staff/vendors.
• Maintain checklists, logs, and reports for daily/weekly/monthly operations.
• Handle inventory and stock management for housekeeping and pantry consumables.
• Address and resolve employee/occupant complaints related to soft services promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.
• Support in organizing events, deep-cleaning drives, and facility audits.
• Prepare MIS reports related to soft services budget, consumption, and vendor performance.
