Operation and Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance activities at the assigned client site.
• Ensure efficient functioning of water and wastewater treatment plants and associated equipment.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise site personnel, technicians, and contract manpower.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal service teams for smooth execution of activities.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and service reports.
• Maintain operational records, prepare periodic reports, and ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency.
• Ensure readiness to work at and relocate to other client sites as per organizational requirements.
