Role Summary:
Support and manage change management processes within 3DEXPERIENCE PLM, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate and troubleshoot change workflows and related activities.

What Youll Do:
- Support the creation, review, and approval of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) in 3DEXPERIENCE
- Ensure proper linkage between impacted items, revisions, and associated documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather and validate change-related data
- Monitor change workflows and ensure timely progression through lifecycle stages
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal and industry standards
- Provide training and support to users on 3DX Change Management processes and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to change workflows, object relationships, and permissions
- Generate reports and dashboards to track change metrics and KPIs

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, specifically Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs)
- Experience with 3DX apps like Change Management
- Troubleshooting skills related to change workflows and permissions

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with Engineering Central and Product Structure Editor
- Knowledge of configuration and customization of 3DX workflows
