Operating Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow standardized work, quality, and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Perform basic maintenance, quality, and safety checks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational excellence.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks throughout academics.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial safety practices.
• Knowledge of quality systems, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement concepts is preferred.
• Good communication, teamwork, and learning agility.
• Willingness to work in shifts and manufacturing plant environment.
