Responsibilities

• Operate forging presses, upsetter, or other forging equipment.
• Set up machines as per job specifications and production plans.
• Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and stroke.
• Check dimensions, shape, and surface quality of forged parts.
• Perform visual inspections for cracks, laps, underfills, and other defects.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).
• Meet production targets and cycle time requirements.
• Record production data and inspection results.
• Maintain shift logs and machine checklists.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mech

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
