Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage vendor invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring timely processing and accurate reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Utilize OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to extract relevant information from scanned documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including tracking numbers, amounts, and status updates.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in Vendor Invoice Management or related field.
• Proficiency in using VIM software such as OpenText VIM or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of OCR technology for document extraction and data entry.
