OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) consultant

• Hybrid model: 4-5 days from office
• Should be flexible on working hours

Key Responsibilities -

• Configure and support OpenText VIM in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Manage VIM workflows, Inbound configuration, PO/NPO/Down Payment document processing configuration, approval workflow, Block workflow and exception handling.
• Troubleshoot VIM workflow errors and invoice posting issues.
• OpenText IC4S (Invoice Capture for SAP Solutions)

• Configure and maintain IC4S including OCR extraction logic, validation rules, and master-data matching.
• Perform layout/template setup, tuning, and troubleshooting for invoice capture.
• Manage integration between IC4S and VIM for automated invoice processing.
• Improve extraction accuracy through continuous training and collaboration with business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

• Minimum 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with OpenText VIM and IC4S solutions.
• Strong knowledge or project experience with OpenText VIM and IC4S solutions.
• Strong understanding of the support model and should have worked on support projects.
• Working Experience with BRF+, workflows, and VIM lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good to have knowledge on SAP P2P / Accounts Payable processes.
• Good to have Knowledge or willing to learn SAP ABAP development skills.
• Willing to work in shift-based models.
