Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing customer-facing communications including statements, invoices, policies, correspondence, and regulatory documents across print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop document templates using OpenText Exstream.
• Create dynamic documents, customer correspondence, statements, invoices, and reports.
• Develop business rules, personalization logic, and document workflows.
• Integrate Exstream solutions with enterprise applications and databases.
• Perform document composition, formatting, and output generation.
• Support batch and on-demand document generation processes.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
• Support production deployments and issue resolution.
