Knowledge and understanding of workflows of the tool.

Knowledge of configuration of workflows in the service desk tool

Understanding of report and dashboards in the application. 

Lead daily scrum calls and business requirement and demo sessions.

Requirement & Design Document preparation as per requirements

Configuration of the tool as per customer/business requirements.

Groom and mentor team members on knowledge and technology needed for project
